How to Return

You have up to 20 days from the date you place your order to return it. Only new, unused items with undamaged tags and packaging can be returned, and they must be in resalable condition. As a rule, sale items and outlet items purchased during the sale period cannot be returned.

Below is a step by step guide on how to return your online item(s) back to us:

Notes

●EXCHANGE●
To return an item in our online store, you will need to return the unwanted item and place another order. The returned item will be refunded and you will need to pay for the reordered item.
If you return an item that we are unable to accept, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery, so please check the information email carefully before placing another order.

●RETURN●
If you return an item that cannot be accepted for return, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
If the product is mistakenly sent back with cash on delivery, the cash on delivery amount will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

●Double Purchase Problems●
Some customers reorder replacement items before they receive an email about the return, but if the item can not accepted for return, the item will be sent back to you in accordance with the terms and conditions, and no refund will be given.

● In order to return and receive a refund, you will need to fulfill the checklist, except in the case of SUPPLIER’s fault.
●In principle, we cannot accept returns of sale items and outlet items purchased during the sale period.

RETURN FORM/RETURN CARD

Please be sure to fill out and submit both the return form and the return card. If you do not submit the return form, the exchange may be delayed or not accepted.

PACKING & RETURN

Please pack the "return card and product" in the box at the time of delivery, your box or paper bag.

*Please download and print the return card by yourself and include it with the package.
For the sake of the environment, we ask our customers to print out their own documents if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will check the condition of the item and send you an information email.
It will be sent in about 3 business days after the product is confirmed at the warehouse.
If you are returning an item that cannot be accepted for return, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery.
