How to Return
You have up to 20 days from the date you place your order to return it. Only new, unused items with undamaged tags and packaging can be returned, and they must be in resalable condition. As a rule, sale items and outlet items purchased during the sale period cannot be returned.

To return an item in our online store, you will need to return the unwanted item and place another order. The returned item will be refunded and you will need to pay for the reordered item.
If you return an item that we are unable to accept, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery, so please check the information email carefully before placing another order.
If you return an item that cannot be accepted for return, we will send it back to you with cash on delivery.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
If the product is mistakenly sent back with cash on delivery, the cash on delivery amount will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
●Double Purchase Problems●
Some customers reorder replacement items before they receive an email about the return, but if the item can not accepted for return, the item will be sent back to you in accordance with the terms and conditions, and no refund will be given.
