Do I need an account to make an order?
You can purchase products as a guest, but members with an account can enjoy a variety of benefits. You can also enjoy a smoother payment process (a must when purchasing items that sell out in minutes), easy access to your order status and order breakdown, and information on new product launches and special promotions.

Changing or cancelling my order

You cannot cancel or change your order after the payment is completed.

Since we have a system that automatically ships products after payment is completed, products will be shipped even if there is an error in the order or wrong size due to the customer's terminal operation. Please check the confirmation screen before completing your order and be careful not to make any mistakes.

I have not received the order confirmation email yet. When will I get it?

If your email address is incorrect, you may not receive an order confirmation email. Please check your email address as it may be classified as spam. If you still haven't received the email after checking the above, please contact our customer support. We will resend you an order confirmation email.

I want to know my order status.

If you are a member, you can check your order status on My Page after logging in.

If you are a guest user, you will find a link to check the status of your order in the order confirmation email after purchase.

I received the wrong items

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered or defective, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a photo of the item, and any other relevant information. We will do our best to resolve these issues.
